LDM series mine main fans are used to draw out the exhaust from mine ventilation system or send fresh air into the system.
LDM fans cover vane diameters from 1000mm to 4200mm. Each fan with the same diameter will have several models according to its static working pressures. Therefore the complete series of LDM fans cover a wide range of flow rate of 8 to 480m3/s, and static pressure of 500 to 6,000Pa. The blades can be cast aluminum or steel. |

MJK series local vent fans are use to improve local ventilation conditions at mine workings. This series has two types: single-impeller MJK-1 and twin impeller MJK-2.
Its maximum efficiency of total pressure is no less than 83%, compared with some other fans, MJK series fan efficiency is 20-30% higher.
The designed delivery distance can meet most of the underground mine requirement.
It is compact and light in weight. For instance, MJK series in only 55% of MJF series in terms of dimensions and weight. The blades can be steel or aluminum cast.
MJK series fans have low noise. The noise level of a MJK fan without silencer would be around 96 dB and with silencer, it goes down to 19dB. |

SJBD62 series is widely used for ventilation through pressurization in drifts.

The LMK series has 32 models; equipped with 4, 6, 8 poles or YF3 series 3-phase motors respectively, and there are A, B and C three types. With the same impellers, type (A) features higher total pressure; it is suitable for small to medium mines as main fan; and type (C) features lower air pressure but higher flow rate, therefore it is suitable for airways where resistance is relatively lower. Type B is moderate both at pressure and flow rate. |

¡§ The LMK series structured with welded steel plate and shape steel as its frame. Cases of larger fans (No11 up) is made as upper and lower two haves connected with bolts, that makes it easy to move in mines. ¡§ It adopted twisted vanes that are directly installed on wheel hub. The vane angles can be adjusted. The default angle is 32¡ã which is also the motor installation angle but users can choose 29¡ã, 26¡ã, 23¡ã, or 20¡ã and the manufacturer will install the matching motor to fit. The vane can be cast aluminum or steel. ¡§ The motor is directly connected with the wheel hub that makes the structure simple so it is easier for underground installation and repair. ¡§ It works stably and generates lower noise. The maximum total pressure efficiency of the K series is no less than 83%. It is economic on energy. ¡§ Another feature of LMK series is that it can be installed either horizontally or vertically. |
