Tong Tai 200~1600KVA Series Underground Sled Substation ¡§ Used for power supply and distribution in underground mines. Light, compact and easy to move around underground. ¡§ Enclosure meets NEMA12, the outer shell was made of 5mm steel plate and inside doors were 3mm cold-rolled steel plate, together with the beveled welding seams, the unit has excellent protection against bump and strike from underground vehicles ¡§ All components are fixed and the substation can be lifted at any angles and lowered down mine shafts. ¡§ High voltage lines go into cabinet from top or side, and low voltage lines come out at top. ¡§ A load switch is used for high voltage and an intelligent polymer-shell breaker is used as the low voltage switch. The transformer is a epoxy cast dry transformer. ¡§ On the low voltage side, the transformer was grounded at the center with a low resistance, and equipped with grounding check and grounding fault monitor. The low-voltage main breakers and all output line breakers have been current-leakage protected. ¡§ The vent windows are spray-water proof. |
