Shaft sinking winders are made for hanging and moving galloways, cactus grabs, concrete forms, pumps, water and air pipes, vent tubing etc. All winders meet GB/T 15112-2007 standard. Some of the key requirements in the standard are:

The brake system should be dependable and accurate. The safety brake on the drum and the working brake on the motor-gear coupler both have a minimum brake torque no less than 2 times of the maximum working torque generated by the maximum load. The contact area of brake linings would be no less than 70%.

Main shaft of the winder is made of 45# steel, equivalent of ASTM-A29/A29-04 1045 steel. All forged and heat treated. All main shafts of winders must gone through ultrasound NDT. Yielding strength is no less than 370MPa, the final tensile strength is no less than 630MPa.

¡§ Winders should work at ¨C25 ~ 400C. With proper gear oil, it can go ¨C40 ~ 500C.

¡§ All exposed rotating parts have protective shields installed.

¡§ The running should be smooth, no cyclic noises, the total noise level should be lower than 85dB(A).

¡§ All winders have to be tested and quality certification paper have to be issued before it can go out.

¡§ Working brake and safety brake have to be tested by hoisting the rated load at test tower.

NOTE:                 (1) The first layer rope speed is 0.075m/second. The rope speed accuracy is ¡À20%.

                       (2) The total weight does not include the rope and the control panel.

UP: All main shafts are made of ASTM 1045 Steel, and ultrasound ND tested.

UP: Frames are precisely made and planer milled.

UP: Weld seams are bevelled before welding.

RIGHT: A 25 tone Shaft Sinking Winder

LIFT & BELOW: A sample of a Customized Central Control Panel for a group of five winders.

Each winders has its separate control cabinet and also been connected to the central panel for a centralized control. Operators have options of controlling winders via the central or individual control panels. This centralization brings convenience and easiness to operators for coordination of winders on sites.
