Titan Series Hoists - Drum Diameter 2 to 4 meters |

Titan series of mine hoists is driven by an electric motor with a speed reducer which connects the motor to the drum. Both hydraulic and electric braking systems are applied onto the hoists in order to provide a safe operation, and the hydraulic system is duo-motor powered of which the two motors automatically replace each other while one is failing. The depth indicator links the drum to the central control desk, it also provides protections to the hoist through sensors and limit switches. Totally more than ten safety measures are designed and set up in the control system of the hoists, all these together formed a safe and reliable operation system. Our hoists are the great choices for small underground mining operation and mining/shaft sinking contractors. |

The centralized control system including an ABB ACS800 VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) cabinet and a Siemens PLC cabinet (RIGHT photo). The operator will work on the central operation desk (BELOW photo), through the control terminal handles and the monitoring screen in desired language (BELOW RIGHT) operator can easily run the equipment according to desired the speed and path. |
